Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas ....

So this post has been put off a few weeks, but never the less.....

As a year group we have much money to raise in time for next year, so we began with Christmas decorations.

There are a few ideas for new projects and fundraising next year so keep your eyes and ears open to support BCU textiles!

A chilly week in Berlin.

Apologies for the lack of activity. After a really difficult module at uni I finally have a little more time to check in.

Im not too long back from a trip to Berlin, partly for research, partly for culture. The experience was great, but quite the emotional rollercoaster, particularly with the Jewish memorial and Check Point Charlie.
Highlights of the week were Tier Park, a huge animal park with the most beautiful brown bears and bison, the Berlin Wall, and the botanical gardens, which were amazing!

Im now really looking forward to the uni xmas break to start using some of this research for my own drawings.

starting with a new start.

So, after a year away to have my lovely daughter, I have returned to uni this week totally invigorated and raring to go. I will be using this blog as a record for what I get up too, and to show you what I'm doodling. Hopefully you like!
